Neel Bhatia

Mr. Bhatia is a member of Aurora’s Executive Board. He has more than 20 years of experience in leadership assessment, talent strategy, and organizational development across private and public companies. Prior to joining Aurora, Mr. Bhatia was an Operating Partner at Arcline Investment Management, where he built and led the firm’s talent function and supported leadership and organizational development across its portfolio. Previously, Mr. Bhatia was Managing Partner at Green Peak Partners, a consulting firm focused on leadership assessment and development. Earlier in his career, Mr. Bhatia was a member of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice at Boston Consulting Group, where he advised clients on strategy and organizational performance. Mr. Bhatia has interviewed more than 1,000 executives and trained over 2,500 CEOs, investors, and business leaders on hiring and organizational effectiveness, and he is a Lecturer at The Wharton School, where he has taught leadership and talent strategy for over a decade. Mr. Bhatia received his M.B.A. from The Wharton School and his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.
