Richard Wyckoff

Mr. Wyckoff is a member of Aurora’s Executive Board. He has more than 30 years of senior leadership experience leading service, facilities, security, distribution, and industrial businesses in private equity-backed, public, and privately held environments. Throughout his career, Mr. Wyckoff has served as a Chief Executive Officer, Executive Chairman, Group President, Chief Customer Officer, Operating Partner, and Board Director, partnering with boards, investors, and management teams to drive growth, operational excellence, and enterprise value creation.

Most recently, Mr. Wyckoff served as President and Chief Executive Officer of CoolSys, a leading provider of refrigeration, HVAC, engineering, and energy solutions. Previously, he served as President and CEO of Arctic Glacier and as Interim CEO and Chairman of Pritchard Industries. Earlier in his career, Mr. Wyckoff served as President and CEO of US Security Associates, where he led the successful sale of the company, and as Group President of Aramark, overseeing operations serving customers across North America. Mr. Wyckoff has led numerous strategic transactions, business transformations, and operational performance initiatives that have created significant value for shareholders and investors. Mr. Wyckoff graduated with a BS in Marketing from Boston University and received an MBA from Harvard Business School, graduating with High Distinction as a Baker Scholar.
