Steven Smith

Steven Smith joined Aurora Capital Partners in 2012 and is a Partner, Special Situations.  Previously he was Global Head of Leveraged Finance, Americas Head of Financial Sponsors and Global Head of Restructuring at UBS in both New York and San Francisco.  At Aurora, he has served as Managing Partner of Aurora Resurgence, a special situations fund. He also previously served on the Board of Directors at Sirva, LandCare, TOPS, Cardiac Science, Alltub, Gener8 Maritime and International Cookware (Pyrex).  He also sat on the Board of Directors at EuroNav (NYSE: EURN).
