Tim Hart

Tim Hart was a partner and general counsel at Aurora Capital Partners from 2007 to 2018. He currently serves as a senior advisor and external legal counsel. Previously, he was a partner in the Los Angeles office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher where he counseled corporations and private equity firms including Aurora in mergers and acquisitions, capital market transactions, and general portfolio company matters. Mr. Hart is a graduate of Merrimack College (BA) and the University of San Diego Law School (JD).
