Andy Thompson

President and CEO of Inhance Technologies

Andy became CEO of Inhance in 2012 after partnering with the company’s original founders to build a long-term management team.  Holding a Ph.D. in polymer chemistry, he has been instrumental in advancing the company’s proprietary fluorine-based technology.  He has also drawn on over two decades of leadership experience in the chemicals and plastics industries to develop the systems and processes to leverage a unique technology and create a high growth materials science platform.  Andy partnered with Aurora in 2018 to further accelerate the adoption and penetration of Inhance’s technology, organically and through M&A.  In addition to his team at Aurora, Andy has partnered with independent directors Mike McLain and Paul Shelton.
