Matt Cotter joined Grace Hill as CEO in 2026, bringing over two decades of leadership experience across technology, real estate, and software development industries. Prior to Grace Hill, Matt was Chief Executive Officer of PairSoft, a financial automation platform for mid-market and enterprise organizations, where he served for nearly five years and successfully exited to TA Associates. Before that, he was Executive Vice President at Altus Group, as well as President and CEO of ExactBid. Matt earned a bachelor’s degree in English from Duke University.
