Paul Vallis is an experienced leader of global branded industrial technology businesses. As CEO of Lubrication Engineers, Paul is partnered with Aurora to drive commercial excellence, enhance technological leadership, and ensure industry-leading customer service and reliability. Paul also leads LE's M&A growth strategy, furthering the Company's position as a global asset reliability platform.

Prior to joining LE, Paul was the President of Alkegen's Filtration & Catalysis Group – which spanned three business units and more than 15 manufacturing locations – and has additional experience across the Tier 1 automotive supply chain. Paul received his MBA from the University of Michigan and holds a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering.

In addition to his team at Aurora, Paul has partnered with independent directors Mike McLain, Bryan Carey, and Tesh Gor.
